Basic information:
By using the fr-sports.com website and purchasing equipment in our store, you accept our terms and conditions - available.
The offer presented on our website is not a contract within the meaning of the Civil Code. To make a purchase - you have to place an order - by email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or online, through the cart on our website, going through the following points:
- select ordered products
- choose the method of delivery and payment
- indicate the delivery address, optionally: invoice data if it is required
- confirmation of the order with acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Online Store
You have a possibility to change or cancel your order until the order is processed by the store (i.e., until the order is shipped).
Online orders can be placed around the clock, and by e-mail within office hours of our stationary store: 9:00 - 17:00 polish time (just remember that we work in the time zone of central Europe and despite the fact that you have time for afternoon tea, we can already be asleep).
Prices and payment methods

Payment methods will always appear in the summary of your cart before finalizing the order. At the moment, the available payment methods are:
- paypal;
- credit / debit card;
- a transfer to a bank account.
You buy the goods for a binding price that is valid at the time of order.
Unfortunately, it does not work in a way where if you buy a rack at the price of X on Tuesday, and we discount it on Wednesday, you should be refunded the difference.
You bear the costs of the chosen method of delivery according to the price list of the Online Store (you will be informed about the costs before finalizing the order, or you can check them here.
After selecting the payment and delivery method, you gain access to information about the total value of the order.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be given the option of changing and fulfilling your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to make changes to the prices of products on offer, to announce and cancel promotional campaigns and sales, and to change the offer of products available in the Online Store.
Availability and quality of our equipment
All our goods are brand new, free from faults and legally introduced to the Polish and international market. The only exception may be sale products with aesthetic defects (such as paint chips, scratches), but you will always be informed about it, and the price of the product will be lower than the regular one.
Visibility of products in the Online Store's offer does not equal its availability and the possibility to complete the order.
Many of our products sell like hot cakes and may not be available on the website for the time being. However, this does not mean that we resign from selling them, they are simply temporarily unavailable. In the description of individual product, you will find information about the availability of the goods and the expected time of order fulfillment. The lack of ordered goods in the Online Store's warehouse makes it impossible to complete and deliver the order (which is obvious, but we prefer to mention it to you anyway).
We cannot be held responsible for sudden inventory shortages or manufacturing delays. Manufacturing works independently of us.
If the stock of the product differs from that on the store's website, and the order is paid for - we will contact you to present you with various options to solve the issue.
We do not take responsibility for all information provided on the website. We want to be as clear as possible with the descriptions of the products you buy - just remember that technical data is often proprietary data and we do not have the right to use it directly. If you are not sure about something, please contact us via e-mail or telephone.
Order fulfilment / package collection
As mentioned above - the nature and duration of the order fulfilment will depend on the availability of the goods.
If an unplanned situation occurs: the product is not available, there is a manufacturing problem, we have wrong data or there is a payment problem - we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the situation: via phone or e-mail.
We reserve the right to cancel any order or delivery in justified cases. We also reserve the right to discontinue the availability of products at any time. If the order is canceled, all payments made for the products will be fully refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights (i.e. all things to which you are entitled as a consumer).
The order fulfillment time does not include the time needed for the courier to deliver the parcel.
The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. In case of an order consisting of goods with different delivery times, the order may be processed within the longest of the given delivery times. Payment by bank transfer extends the processing time by the time needed to credit the transfer.
If the order cannot be processed, the Online Store may withdraw from the order within 30 days from the date it was placed.
The products are entirely yours only after having received and unpacked the parcel. This is where you acquire ownership of the equipment.
The goods should be checked after it has been received and unpacked - for any faults that may arise during transportation. Any damage or shortage of products during transportation (e.g. with our couriers) should be noted on the waybill / delivery note upon delivery. Any damage or shortage in transport must be reported to us as soon as possible. The FR Sports company is not responsible for faults and damage that resulted during transport. The equipment is always properly packed and secured before shipment.
Any deficiencies or technical defects should be reported to us as soon as possible in order to efficiently start the return process or to implement the warranty.
