The 7 m long yoga hammock is suitable for rooms with a height 3-3.5 m (working length approx. 2.5 m), so it is an ideal solution for aerial yoga schools. Aerial yoga hammock can be used for aerial yoga as well as to diversify fitness exercises. To hang an aerial yoga hammock, you only need to buy a ceiling mount. A standard hammock has 1 or 2 carabiners, so it can be hung on one or two points. If you intend to hang hammocks on two suspension points, select the 2 carabiners option. Still not sure? How to choose an aerial yoga hammock according to the height of the room:

The hammock should hang approx. 0.7 m - 1 m above the floor (at hip height), that's why we've created some perfect sets for you:

• aerial yoga hammock 5m - for rooms with a height of 2.2-2.5m
• yoga hammock 6m- for rooms with a height of 2.5-2.9m
• aerial yoga hammock 7 m - for rooms with a height of 3-3.5 m
• for high rooms (above 3.5 m), we recommend purchasing an additional extension belt

Technical information:

The material can withstand a static load of up to 1200 kg, and a dynamic load of approximately 150 kg. This means that in practice, two people weighing up to 150 kg can exercise on one hammock. This material is characterized by slightly greater transverse extensibility compared to "silk" materials (it extends to a width of 280 cm), and almost zero longitudinal ductility. Hammocks - material and accessories - we produce in Poland, material is 100% polyamide. Material width: 230 cm (+-5 cm). After many analyzes and tests on the selection of the ideal material, this one was recognized as the best. Why? It has the right width and durability, is pleasant to the touch, does not cut, has the right thickness and beautiful colors. Hammocks are tested in accordance with the standard: PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07, which ensures the highest quality and full safety.

Storage and maintenance:

The material can be washed in a washing machine, but before doing so, remove all accessories (climbing eight, carabiner, swivel). Washing at 30°C with only powder, without fabric softener. To ensure optimal storage conditions for aerial yoga hammocks, keep them in dry places at room temperature and avoid contact of the material with rough and sharp surfaces and jewelry. We only exercise in sportswear, without zippers, Velcro, buckles or jewelry.

There are slight discolorations on the material, which is not a product defect.

Please remember to safely assemble the hammock, which should withstand multiple times the weight of the exercising person: 3 times for static exercises and 12 times for dynamic exercises.
