5m long Yoga Hammocks (working length of the hammock about 1.5m) are suitable for both commercial and home use (2.2-2.5m room height). An aerial yoga hammock can be used for aerial yoga, fitness exercises, or as an extra resting place. The 5m yoga hammock is ready to be hung from the ceiling; all you need is a ceiling mount/frame. Our hammocks are designed for suspension at one or two points. Just choose the right option when adding the product to your cart. If you're unsure which hammock is best for you – call and ask.

A professional aerial yoga hammock with a material width of 2.3m is an ideal alternative to Chinese hammocks. The specially designed material, made from the highest quality polyamide, was produced in Poland.

Choosing a yoga hammock for room height:

We've created three hammock sets of different lengths:

• 5m aerial yoga hammock - for rooms 2.2-2.5m high
• 6m yoga hammock - for rooms 2.5-3m high
• 7m aerial yoga hammock - for rooms 3-3.5m high

For taller rooms (above 3.5m), we recommend purchasing an extension strap.
Note: If the hammock is to be used by a child, it's better to choose a longer one for easier access and safer use due to the lower height.

What the set includes:

• 1 or 2 large steel carabiners 20kN (depending on the chosen option)
• 5m of wide material looped through a carabiner (width 230 cm)
  
  All you need (if you don't already have a hook) are CEILING MOUNTS.

Colors of aerial yoga hammocks:

Aesthetics matter both at home and in professional schools, which is why we offer material in colors: lavender, silver, ocean blue, dark green, cherry pink, purple, cornflower blue, emerald, neon pink, and turquoise.

Technical information:

The material withstands a static load of up to 1200 kg, and the dynamic load is about 150 kg. This means that in practice, two people weighing a total of up to 150 kg can exercise on one silk. This material is characterized by slightly more transverse elasticity compared to "silk" materials (stretches to a width of 280 cm), and almost zero longitudinal stretchability. Hammocks – material and hardware - are produced in Poland, 100% polyamide. Material width: 230 cm (+/-5 cm). After many analyses and tests on selecting the ideal material, this was deemed the best. Why? It has the appropriate width and strength, is pleasant to the touch, doesn't cut into the skin, has the right thickness, and beautiful colors. Hammocks are tested according to the standard: PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07, ensuring the highest quality and safety.

Storage and maintenance:

The material can be machine washed, but all hardware (eight, carabiner, swivel) must be removed beforehand. Wash at 30°C with powder only, without fabric softener. To ensure optimal storage conditions for aerial yoga hammocks, keep them in dry places at room temperature and avoid contact with rough and sharp surfaces and jewelry. Use the hammock in sportswear, without zippers, buckles, velcro, and jewelry.

Minor discolorations may occur on the material, which is not a technical defect.

Please remember to safely assemble the silk, which should withstand a multiple of the exerciser's weight: 3 times for static exercises and 12 times for dynamic exercises.
