Aerial Yoga Hammock - 4m Silk for Yoga and Acrobatics, with Straps

The 4m aerial yoga hammock is perfect for rooms with low ceilings, ranging from 2 to 2.5 meters in height. We recommend it for both home and professional use. Thanks to the straps included in the set, adjusting the hammock's suspension height is easy.

The 4m hammock is too short for classic hammock knots, so a regular "bunch" knot is used for hanging.

The 4m hammock can serve various purposes. It's excellent for aerial yoga training, stretching, or strength exercises. It can also be an unusual decor element, a relaxation spot, or a swing for children. It is especially recommended for home use; for yoga schools, we recommend 6m hammocks.

The 4m hammock is made from a very durable yet body-friendly material. It's 100% nylon produced in Poland, characterized by desirable lateral stretch and minimal longitudinal stretch – our tests and analyses show that this is the perfect combination for comfort during exercises. Additionally, we ensure the highest quality of our products and safety, which is why all hammocks are tested according to the PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07 standard.

Storage and maintenance:

The hammock (without hardware) can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C, without strong detergents, using only powder. The material should be stored in a dry place at room temperature. When using it, remove jewellery and other sharp objects. Wear sportswear without zippers, buckles, velcro, etc.

Please remember to install according to safety rules. Installation should be done by a alpinist or construction worker with the appropriate qualifications.
