Aerial hoop is an ideal exercise device aerial acrobatics. Most often used in pole dance and aerial dance schools, but increasingly common in fitness clubs.

Selection of an aerial hoop
Aerial hoop come in many diameters, and the size of the hoop should be adjusted to the height of the exerciser. At the Flying Rose Sport store, we offer hoops available in diameters from 80 to 105 centimeters. Another important aspect is the number of hoop holders, the most frequently used are 1 point aerial hoop. 2 Point Aerial hoop is most often used by beginners and by those training for competitions organized on hoops with two handles. Aerial hoops in sizes 90-105 cm meet all standards for hoops used during competitions, have the appropriate hoop and tube diameter, weight and handle spacing.
